feat(physical): 添加商品详情描述字段

- 在商户商品表单中新增商品详情描述输入框
- 更新MerchantItem接口类型定义，添加description属性
- 更新MerchantItemForm和MerchantItemQuery接口，支持description字段
- 为商品详情字段添加表单验证规则
- 优化表单布局结构，确保新字段正确显示
- 完善商品管理功能的数据传输类型定义
