refactor(system): 调整路由导入方式以优化组件初始化

- 将 useRoute 和 onMounted 分别从 vue-router 和 vue 中独立导入
- 避免了不必要的命名空间引用
- 提高了代码的可读性和维护性
- 保持了原有的功能逻辑不变
